Michael Lee Parsons passed away peacefully and joyfully in the arms of Jesus on January 24, 2019, while working in Palm Bay, FL.
He was born August 12, 1950, to parents Claude and Patsy Parsons from Charleston, West Virginia. They relocated to Florida when he was a young boy.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother Danny Parsons, and sister Kay Hoffman.
He is survived by his loving wife Donna, of 15 years, two sweet daughters, Diana Parsons (of Melb. Beach), and Karen Parsons (of Ft Lauderdale), as well as sisters Jarona Nuara, Carla Parsons, and Sonya Teems. In addition, three cousins, Rusty Corns, Dean Corns, and Mark Corns, and numerous other family members.

He learned the stucco trade from his father as a youth. He attended Melbourne High School, but preferred work over school. His hobbies were surfing, fishing, hunting, watching movies, and playing xBox. He was known as “The Stucco Man of Brevard County”, managing a successful business for many years.
He married Donna Smith (Edmundson) on February 22, 2003. They resided for a while in Murphy, NC, but most recently in Palm Bay, FL.
Mike was a very active servant of God in his home church of Calvary Chapel Melbourne and Calvary Chapel Mountainside (NC). He had a huge heart for missions, visiting Haiti and Jamaica. He was also known as the “Bible Man”, with a special gift of memorizing scripture. He truly loved the Lord and the living Word.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 16, 2019, at Calvary Chapel Melbourne, 2955 Minton Rd, West Melbourne, FL, 32904.
